Crema is the beautifully tanned colour foam that sits on the top of a wonderfully pulled shot of espresso. Some people call it the “Guinness effect” for espresso and at Twiggs this art form is a technique that we love to see every time!!

It’s where we started and we’ve worked hard over the years to get our roasting down to a science. The beans really do start green and after we finish with them they are roasted to perfection and are a nice rich colour.
