We offer a variety of yoga classes, workshops on health and wellness, provide our clients with the option to explore holistic alternatives to better health Two Souls Yoga is a holistic-based centre focused on treating people with a variety of health- related concerns, ranging from acute/chronic injuries, mental health, chronic disease, and much more. Our holistic health-care practitioners will assist clients in improving and maintaining their overall health, helping to optimize quality of life.
The yoga studio offers a variety of yoga and fitness-based classes designed to reach all fitness levels, ranging from gentle and restorative to more advanced practices. The yoga space is serene and inviting. It offers a large area to move and experience different temperatures through Radiant Thermaray Heating Technology, as well as natural sunlight; allowing for the options to practice both warm and hot yoga.
Essential oils and incense will be used at times within the studio to awaken the inner and outer senses; captivating each participants desire to explore a deeper internal practice. We take great pride in offering the most amazing experience to our participants by using a variety of methods during the meditative practice in order to relax and deepen your inner awareness.
