What a gorgeous weekend. On Tuesday, June 19th the Fenelon Museum, 50 Oak Street is holding a bike clinic for seniors! The course is put on by CANBIKE with local instructors! The Course will review safe biking and answer any questions about riding, and regain confidence and balance. If you know someone who would love to get biking and explore our Victoria Rail trail, please tell them they are welcomed. Biking is good for balance, Parkinsons, and many other aging issues. Pre-registration is need by phoning me at 905-431-5394 or email at Jeevesbev15@icloud.com All levels are welcomed! The cost is $15 per person. Bike and Helmet are necessary.
