I am a certifying doula, placenta encapsulation specialist, and childcare provider, and have a line of natural skin care products. As a birth doula, I provide informational, emotional, and physical support to mothers and their families before, during, and after their child's birth.

My services include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with coping and relaxation techniques such as breathing, optimal positions, massage, and aromatherapy
Providing information prenatally on the benefits and risks of medical interventions during labour (induction, narcotics, epidural, etc.)
Guiding mothers in the process of creating a birth wish to present to her care providers summarizing her hopes and goals for the birthing experience
Discussing any worries, fears, or concerns mothers may have about pregnancy, labour, birth, or caring for a new baby
Attending labour and birth and assisting the mother and her family emotionally and physically during this time
Offering information and support with breast or bottle feeding
Providing phone and email support 24/7 during pregnancy and after birth
