Heroclix - 300 Point Modern Age
Players will construct a 300 point team using any modern age figures. (Flash Set and Beyond) Entry is $6 tax in There will be LE prizing for all participants!
Magic League: Amonkhet
Players build 30-card minimum deck from three booster packs, and then each week (and after 3 losses) have the option to add another booster pack to their card pool. Each week will consist of 3 rounds of swiss play. Cost to enter the league will be $20 tax included, which covers 3 booster packs and a Magic League Deck Holder. Each week beyond that will be $5 and includes a pack to add to your deck. If you're unable to make the primary Sunday event, you can still play games against fellow League members through the week that will count towards it. Sunday will be the day in which new packs can be added.
Amonkhet Standard Showdown
Looking for some more time playing Magic? Well we have the perfect opportunity for you! Come on out and get involved in Standard Showdown! The appeal of slinging some cool cardboard not enough for you? Well you're in luck! Each week we'll be giving out Standard Showdown packs to select lucky players! What are Standard Showdown packs I hear you ask. Well they're special 4 card packs hand forged by Wizards of the Coast to contain: 2 rare or mythic rare cards from a currently legal Standard set 1 Amonkhet full-art land 1 premium card of any rarity from a currently legal Standard set, including Amonkhet full-art lands That still not enough for you? What if I told you the 3 top players at the end of our Standard Showdown Gauntlet (The final event of which will be June 25th) will walk out of here with a fancy Worthy Challenger Playmat! Now that you're totally convinced and are itching to play some good old Magic the Gathering I'll tell you how this will work. Each Standard Showdown Session will have an entry fee of $5. Events will be run similarly to an FNM with swiss rounds proportionate to the number of players. Don't miss out on all the fun!
