Get in shape for spring riding! We have added a second High Intensity Spin class. Choose Tues or Thurs 7:30-8:30 pm starting at the end of the month. This class starts with a ramp test to determine your training zones and includes bike race video inspiration. Youth Open Gym is tonight from 3:00-4:45 pm. With Support from the Comox Valley Community Foundation, kids 10 to 15 years can come down to the recreation centre after school to play some basketball, floor hockey, dodgeball or any other games! Drop-in is FREE!
