Loyal Fans! I'm very sorry to announce that The UNcookery Food Truck will not be participating in the Chase Country Christmas Festivities this evening. I will be taking orders for Christmas Dessert Boxes soon, please keep checking for updates on that! Enjoy your evening! I'll be open today from 12pm-3pm at Integra Tire on Shuswap Avenue! Today's menu will include Buddha Bowl w/ Lemon Tahini Sauce, Pad Thai Zucchini Pasta and Lemon Cheesecake, Lime Cheesecake and Chocolate Fudge Beet Cake! While quantities last today! My last day for the winter will be next Thursday from 12-3. On the menu, Bbq Pulled Butternut Squash Tacos and Nanaimo Bars! I will be at Chase Country Christmas on December 2nd in front of Chum N Luba's!! Thank you everyone for the unbelievable support the past few weeks! It is so exciting to see the interest in healthy foods and the raw vegan lifestyle! So blessed to have so many travel from the North Shuswap, Salmon Arm and Kamloops to try my food! Thank you all <3
