#mondaymotivation A great 10lbs progress PR of 465lbs for the deadlift. It is so important to set goals for yourself. Big ones, and small ones. Progress goals, are especially key to anyone's fitness goals. Keep working hard everyone, and let's finish off the February with some PR's. Achieve the Unachievable.

#sexysaturday #squatsaturday Today was a great way to start off a new month of programming. I've been chasing 500lbs for months, and I'm getting so close! This was a PR, not a big one, but a great progress PR squat. Managed to hit 490lbs, and now only 10 more pounds to go. I should also note, don't try to strap weights onto the bar....ever lol. I guess it's time to invest in some mental plates again. @tf_canada I'll be stopping by soon! There is much more weight to be lifted, and big goals to work towards. Stay tuned! Always strive to, Achieve the Unachievable.

Today was a great way to start off a new month of programming.

This was a PR, not a big one, but a great progress PR squat. Managed to hit 490lbs, and now only 10 more pounds to go.
I should also note, don't try to strap weights onto the bar....ever lol. I guess it's time to invest in some mental plates again. @tf_canada I'll be stopping by soon!

For this weeks #fitfriday I thought this picture would be a very appropriate way to start the weekend. The picture shows some very popular weekend, and everyday, food choices. As well as, the distance you'd have to run to burn off the particular food choice. Is it a bad thing to have a cheat meal or cheat snack? Absolutely not. However it's important to understand the cheat meal and the consequences of what you have to after words to burn it off. Knowledge is power. Achieve the Unachievable.

Sally was in full force tonight, and it was definitely a hard one, but never the less, they still put in the work. Amazing job everyone! I walked into the gym to train before my #sexysaturday clients, and I got a notification, and a challenge tag from some good friends of mine. I've done a variation of this before, but never into an over head squat. The weight is only 135lbs, compared to the video I was tagging that had well over 200lbs. However, this was still a great success, since I'm not as flexible as I once was, not to mention it is definitely hard. For Maria and Al, this one is for you two. 💪🏼 Achieve the Unachievable. #vspstrong #vspfitness #achievetheunachievble

For this weeks #fitfriday I wanted to share this protein supplement comparison with everyone. It's all about knowing what we eat, and this picture is a prime example of that. We all look at nutrition labels and see high grams of protein, but don't actually stop to see how much of the supplement is actually protein. On the left, we have a plant based protein. 17grams of protein, per 21 gram scoop. That rounds out to 80% protein. Leaving 20% left for other ingredients. The label on the right is showing a whey based protein. 24 grams of protein, per 35 grams scoop, which only rounds out to 65% protein. Leaving the other 35% left for other ingredients. It's not just about seeing numbers on the labels, and thinking higher is better. It's about understanding what the numbers are on the label, and sometimes small numbers can be much more beneficial to your body. It's Valentine's Day this weekend, and what a better way to stay on track with your goals then to make some health snacks, with chocolate of course, for your significant other. These are rice cakes, made with low fat Greek yogurt, 90% dark chocolate and a mixture of fruit. There is nothing wrong with having a sweat tooth sometimes.
