Pembina West Co-op is proud to be a part of Barrhead FCSS youth program! FCSS Youth! provides programs, activities and opportunities that encourage our youth to get involved, stay connected, adopt a healthy lifestyle, increase leadership capacities, and develop a variety of essential life skills. They will also work towards developing community partnerships and volunteer experiences, reflecting social responsibility within our community. In partnership with the Town of Barrhead-Recreation, their new home is right at the Charles Godberson Rotary Room, and they will meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 4:30 - 7:30pm. They offer the youth the chance to participate in a variety pf drop-in programs, games, workshops, tutoring and more. Some of the events require pre-registration, and they welcome volunteer experiences, and youth learning sessions. Tonight marks the Grand Opening as Randy Hindy, FCSS Board Chair cuts the ribbon!
