Athabasca County is working to resolve an issue with the landing lights at the Athabasca Regional Airport. A NOTAM has been issued to alert pilots of ongoing work to resolve the issue.

The Athabasca Fire Department kicked off Emergency Preparedness Week by holding an Open House on Saturday. Attending the event were a variety of law enforcement and emergency services agencies who shared information about what they do. Thank you to all those who attended and all those who continue to keep us safe.

Athabasca County, the Athabasca Regional Fire Services and the Tourism and Economic Development Committee all have displays explaining the services they provide. #athabasca The trade show runs tonight from 4 pm to 8 pm and tomorrow from 10 am to 2 pm.
