Listed in USA Today's Travel Section as one of the "Top Ten Airshows in the World," Abbotsford invites you and family to join us at the airfield at Abbotsford Airport on the second full weekend of August each year.
Started as a community fundraiser, the Abbotsford Airshow has grown to become Canada’s National Air Show and one of the world’s premier aviation events.
The family-friendly event has something for everyone to enjoy: spectacular aerobatics, intricate routines, jaw-dropping formations and stunning parachute and pyrotechnic work.
On the ground, check out the inside of jets and carriers on display, visit the Autograph Booth to meet your favourite performer and stop at the exhibit booths to learn about joining the aviation community.

The Abbotsford International Airshow Society (AIAS) is the non-profit society that has operated in British Columbia, Canada since 1966, created as a distinct entity in preparation for the 1967 Canada Centennial Airshow.
The keystone annual event-- The Abbotsford International Airshow, is an aviation festival that has grown well beyond its borders over the past 5 decades.
With a role from very early on as a significant stop on the 'Airshow Circuit,' Abbotsford has distinguished itself as an event focused on aviation excellence, aerospace advancement and community participation.
It is organised by the Board of Directors, a Core Staff and the annual participation of 1000+ Volunteers and hundreds of Community Businesses.
