Whisk is a fusion of a relaxed dining atmosphere, great food, coffee and cocktails. With over 15 years experience as a Chef Amber is sure to bring a new taste flavour to the coast with the menu to be released in coming weeks.
Open from 6.30, you can grab a takeaway coffee and treat, or sit and make yourself at home for a full serviced experience for breakfast and Lunch or tapas and cocktails on Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm.
Offering a mix of both craft and mainstream beers, cocktails with a twist, Whisk is destined to be the new "place to be seen". See you on the 13th of January and stay tuned for new updates and posts.

Hi everyone. We are excited to announce that we will be opening for dinner service from March 16 for Friday and Saturday evenings, and if demand dictates, we will certainly open more nights of the week. Our Chefs are awesome at Tapas and Desserts, and the Tapas and Desserts menu they have created will really excite your taste buds. We deliberately didn't launch into dinner service when Whisk first started as we wanted to get the breakfast and lunch service right before doing that. It's our aim that we give you great food, great coffee and great service irrespective of whether you partake in breakfast, lunch, or dinner service. However in order to be able to prepare for dinner service, our chefs need time to plan, prepare, and have some time off. So starting this week we will be closing at 2:30pm rather than 4pm Sunday to Thursday, but will stay open from 5:30am until late on Fridays, and from 6:30am until late on Saturdays. So please share our excitement and join us for dinner service from March 16.
