Description
Making delicious custom celebration cakes, pastries and desserts on Sydney's lower north shore. I'm currently studying Retail Baking Cert at NSI TAFE. Hello and welcome to Baked by Fiona.
The Baked by Fiona kitchen is located in Willoughby on Sydney's North Shore (between North Sydney and Chatswood).
I bake all cakes and pastries from scratch, and the buttercreams, ganache, icings and fillings are also made using the freshest of ingredients (there are no packet/premixes used in my kitchen).
Each cake I create is different and made individual for my cake loving friends, family and customers.

Baked By Fiona 60th bush/farm theme cake, inside was coconut and orange cake with an orange Cointreau buttercream filling.

Baked By Fiona mini vanilla cup cakes. Nice bite sized cup cakes, great size to pass around at the end of a party. Minimum order is 2 dozen.

Baked By Fiona sailing cake. This cake had layers of chocolate cake and caramel cake with a choc honeycomb buttercream filling. The yacht decoration was hand cut from gum paste.
