The only thing we found hard in sydney was this back private car park was used as a Drugy retreat , it being open from 2 sides meant the junkies were using there needles and disposing the needles in the piles of existing rubbish. We made calls to the Councile , hospital even a call to the U.K to a company to see if the could recommend someone that would pick the rubbish and sift through the needles. But ended up getting A safe biohazard bottle and had to do it myself .

And we are at it again sydney, Alexandria Day4 of the demo works This is the last bit of it and a final clean to the place so we can go back home to the family and enjoy our time off till 1st day of 2017

This old 60s bathroom in Yarraville really needed help. The shower had a leak due to the old builder forgetting to waterproof it.😜 Also this was to be transformed from a bathroom to a ensuite!!! We had to instAll a 720 cavity slider through the main bedroom as the new opening and close the existing entry through the hallway. With walls being put up in the 60s we expected them to be out but not 35mm in some places. I'm my younger years I used to dream of buying a old VICTORIA home and renovate it. It's one of those homes that if done properly and with respect the outcome is breath taking. The plaster works all the way to painting !!! Every trades man needs to be artistic in the works he does !!! Plaster corner patterns and hard wood fixing and skirts are to mm measurements. Today we demo this monster bathroom and reconfigure new walls and doors for this 60s Victoria home and with every move made with love and respect for this place.
