Warrnambool Brazilian Jiu Jitsu have classes available for male & female, kids & adults. 1st week of training FREE. Contact the club for more information. Warrnambool Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a new martial arts club to Warrnambool.
BJJ is a ground base style of martial art that involves no striking elements(kicks, punches, elbows or knees) but relies on grappling techniques to gain control and submit your opponent through chocks, holds, joint manipulation or locks.
BJJ is a realistic but safe style of martail arts suitable for all ages, male & female.
WBJJ is located at 1113 Raglan Pde, Warrnambool (left hand side of the building).
Training nights: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Times:
Kids - Mon & Wed: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Adults - Tuesday 6pm - 7pm
Wednesday 5:45pm - 7:15pm
Thursday 7pm-8pm
Cost:
Kids - $10 per class or $50 p/m direct debit (8 classes)
Adults - $15 per class or $70 p/m direct debit (12 classes).
What to bring:
Gi classes - Gi & rashy. If you don't have one, no worries, the club has loan gis available.
No Gi classes - Rashy & board shorts (or similar).
Mouth guards are recommended & water bottle.
The club has both rash's and Gi's for sale at very reasonable prices. The club also has sample Gi's to try on before you order. We found this is the best way to get the correct fitting Gi for you.

The youngest person at our club is 6. The oldest is 60. The "old man" of the club just completed his first week of training last week and love it. It's not your age that is the limiting factor, it's your mind set.
