Description
Rose City Shoppingworld is currently undergoing a $40 million redevelopment. The centre will continue to operate throughout the construction period. Rose City Shoppingworld serves a complete offering for shoppers residing in the centre’s catchment area with a tenancy mix of national and independent retailers. The centre houses Big W, Woolworths, Bi-Lo, The Reject Shop & over 40 specialty stores
The redevelopment of Rose City Shoppingworld is currently underway. The expansion will include 160 new parking spaces, an additional 20 specialty stores, an enhanced food court and a new parents' room and amenities. The project is set to be completed mid-2017.
