Nestled in a small suburban street only one block away from Warrnambool's main street, Liebig Street, the house remains untouched and retains all its post war period features including timber panelled entrance foyer, ornate ceiling plasterwork and polished floorboards - you will enjoy the complimentary 1920's decor and finer details of the house.
Comprising three generous bedrooms, one of which is a separate bungalow, Art Deco House comfortably accommodates seven adults. Rear kitchen and separate dining provide all the necessary modern facilities. If you fancy eating out, we provide you with a comprehensive list of Restaurants, Cafes, Clubs and Pubs all not more than 5 minutes walk away. Wake of a morning and step outside to the aroma of freshly baked bread and patissaries coming from Brown’s Depot Bakery around the corner in Koroit Street. Step outside of an evening and smell the mixed cultured aromas of Warrnambool’s many restaurants preparing for the evening's diners.
Our comfortable lounge boasts a 58" smart TV and a selection of great DVDs if you wish to stay in.
