Our point of difference to other businesses alike is that we have many programs with various times available daily for added convenience. All sessions are held within our newly renovated, fully self contained gym and your even able to bring your children along at no extra cost.

Children who come along to sessions will have just as much fun as you will with our fully self contained indoor play centre.

We don't believe in overworking our clients and training them so hard that they can't continue their journey, rather we gradually ease our clients into exercise and slowly build their tolerance. We pride ourselves on results and offer around the clock support to help you obtain your goals.

F.A.T! Australia also offers many activities outside of boot camp including social events, indoor netball, outdoor activities such as table top/bush walks and team building group exercises that participate in many fun and exciting events such as obstacle courses and fun runs, plus much more.

And this is how 'fad diets' feel. It's all about gradually easing into a healthy eating plan, not cutting out all the good food at once, or even for good either. It's ok to indulge every now and again, so long as it's in moderation. Cutting your food addictions off is only going to make your urge for them stronger, and 99% of the time you'll give in and binge hard. It's all about balance. Don't be a doey like Joey, be a winner 😉

I'd like to share with you all one TOUGH COOKIE! This is Shaye, a beloved member of FIT Family and she is one inspirational lady! Just 5 short months ago Shaye was discharged from hospital having spent almost three whole months in there due to an infection caused by a simple spider bite. Whilst in hospital Shaye had to endure the pain from 2 separate operations and fight to stay positive every day. As you can imagine, she went through hell, especially having to leave two young children at home and not knowing what her future holds. When discharged she went home with skin graphs and staples throughout her body. What Shaye didn't realise is that her experience was only going to make her stronger. She took her misfortune and created a positive. Today Shaye has stood up for herself, she has overcome her fears and conquered her demons. She's now achieved things she never thought imaginable and continues to improve each and every day. A small example of this was last Sunday when Shaye had a PT with our trainer Loz. This was her 3rd PT in 4 weeks and on the first week we programmed 8 scale-able exercises so that we were able to track her progress and retest her abilities in a few weeks. On her first go Shaye wasn't able to complete a plank suicide, but by the 3rd time, she had strengthened her body and her mind enough and was able to get through a mind blowing 5 reps! This was such an amazing achievement for her and just to see just how proud she was by seeing how much she had improved in such a short space of time was a magnificent moment for them both. This may not seem like much to some, but this was a huge achievement for us.We sometime's underestimate the importance of the little things. Without short term goals, we would never achieve greatness, so keep chipping away at those small goals and sooner than you know you'll be where you've always dreamed of :) We're so super proud of you Shaye, and can not wait to see what else the future holds for you. PS. Hunter, you're doing amazing too! ;p xoxox
