Mama’s Greek Lamb This recipe is a family favourite! A perfect balance in flavours between the lamb, garlic and lemon Leftovers (if there are any) are beautiful with salad the next day One leg of lamb Three garlic cloves Olive Oil Salt and freshly cracked pepper 3-5 lemons (need 1/2 cup lemon juice and zest) Place lamb with the fat side up in the pan Spike lamb and insert slivers of garlic Rub lamb with olive oil, salt and pepper Pour lemon juice over lamb and sprinkle zest Cover lamb with foil and cook in a slow oven (120 C) for approx six hours. When cooked the lamb will pull apart and will smell divine! Serve with baked vegetables or salad Enjoy!
