Our programs are designed to get participants work ready and are tailored to the specific employer or industry we are placing people with. Our program coordinator and trainer liaise extensively with industry and employers to ensure employer expectations are met when the participant moves to them for work experience and employment opportunities.

A large portion of TM4W’s ex-students remain in contact with the organisation letting us know where they are working and what they are doing in their lives. We believe this shows the connection TM4W has with their students and the way the students feel about the training and support they received while they were enrolled with us – They know our door is always open to them.

TM4W prides itself on the work we do with minority groups. We believe this work takes a real passion not only for training but for helping people achieve their goals. We don’t believe in letting people fail, if they want to achieve and need extra assistance we will always provide it to them. The participants’ success is our success.
