How's this for some customer feedback ! I want to thank you all for the installation of my replacement Mitsubishi air-conditioner. I had not appreciated that it would be such a big job but it was done efficiently by courteous. conscientious staff. It was a pleasure being around people who saw problem solving as a challenge and worked to find solutions. The job wasn’t finished quite as quickly as planned but everyone was concerned to complete it without inconveniencing me. It was great to have a woman as part of the team. Well done to the company and to Abby; she communicated well with this not so young, sometimes caantancerous female owner. It was gratifying to see her working as part of an efficient team. The last time T&K came to my home was 2002 to repair the air conditioner that has just been replaced. It is good to see that the company has maintained its technical standards and its excellent customer service, Thank you all. I would be happy for you to quote me but would prefer that you just refer to me as Susan Well done Airconditioning Superheroes!
