With our high intensity programs designed to suit all fitness levels, we will help you lose fat, improve your strength and fitness.
Our classes include a mix of cardio, resistance training and stretching. We train in small groups of up to 10 people, so you get the best value from your trainers!

🙌🏼Meet the trainers🙌🏼 --Dave Stabback-- Dave might seem subdued on first impression, but has a stealth-like ability to motivate his clients to perform beyond what they thought was possible while creating a fun and unintimidating environment. He believes in approaching health and fitness as a whole, with the need to address exercise, lifestyle and nutrition. His experience includes rehabilitation clients, athletes and even other personal trainers. Dave is currently studying nutrition and has been vegan since the age of 19, which has given him an insight into the possible paths you can take to reach your goals. 🙌🏼MEET THE TRAINERS🙌🏼 --Michael Jenner-- Mike has an extensive history in martial arts, with over 15 years training in various disciplines including karate, boxing and Brazilian jiu jitsu. Mike became a personal trainer 8 years ago, incorporating skills and techniques developed through his martial arts training to create a better understanding of movement in the human body. He believes that the best way to achieve your health and fitness goals is to create a lifestyle that supports them. As an RGF trainer, Mike brings a passion that, together with his knowledge and skills, will help motivate you to push the boundaries!
