True case: A student processed his further student visa from a so called reputed educational consultancy in Australia.Student was charged minimum as advertised in their social media. Student was neither explained about possible requests that department might ask for nor agent was completely aware of student's past study performances.As soon as department looked at his case,they raised serious concerns against the applicant. Suddenly DIBP sent further request email to applicant directly.Student passed that email to his agent.Agent was almost sure that his visa would be refused because department had lots of concerns about his past records.Agent told the student that they would need to do more paper works so,would require extra service charge. Student soon realized that the word''cheapest''would sometimes be so much ''expensive'' for him.He shared his bad experience with his friend and later approached us. After an hour of counselling over the phone,he authorized us for for communication with DIBP. We discussed with his case officer and supplied him with all the necessary documents clarifying all the concerns he had. After waiting for couple of months,his visa has now been granted. We wish him best of luck. Agent can never guarantee visa at any cost regardless of their size of business or popularity.It may not be always fruitful to look after discount or services at cheapest rates as you have seen an example above.A lesson needs to be learnt guys !!
