Hi all. Due to me being human and not a super mermaid (which surprised me😜) I have bronchitis.😷 Therefore no swimming for the rest of this week😰. If your child can not make their lesson for whatever reason PLEASE TEXT me and earlier the better. That way I can offer make up lessons to other students. 🐳🐳🐳

Winter is here. Pool temp sits around 34 degrees. With the sun shining through the side wall enclosure parents may heat up with the sun on their backs. Winter warmer hints. - children to wear swimming silicon cap. - wear singlet or tight t shirt under swim shirt. Layer effect. - dry kids off straight away after lesson before going out of pool area. - have extra coat for outside pool area on way home to warm body core up faster after lesson. - dry hair and put on beanie or towel wrap for longhair. - put sox and shoes on after lessons. Let all enjoy this winter swimming. 🐳🐳🐳🐳
