Good morning guys😊 both shops open today. 2 barbers at Redcliffe till 6pm and 4 at Northlakes till 8pm tonight. Our check on service is down at northlakes so just walk ins as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thankyou😊

Good morning Northside! Both shops open today from 9am. 4 barbers at NL and 2 at Redcliffe. We are trialling a new check in service at NL. This is to help reduce wait time in the shop, by giving you an estimated wait time. This will then allow you to run errands, grab a coffee or do a bit of shopping while you wait. We do ask that you come in at least 25min prior to your scheduled time as there can be cancellations or less time on prior cuts. There will be some mishaps as we bleed the system, so we do apologise in advance. Thankyou for your patience and please remember to check in when you walk in. You will also be able to check in online so you don't have to be in store. Please call the shop if you need help with this. Thankyou and Happy Saturday😊

Hi guys, We are currently trying to improve our service to you all at both our Redcliffe and Northlakes shops by putting more barbers on and increasing our hours in the hope that we can cut down our wait time. We are now trading till 5pm on Saturdays with 4 barbers on including 4 barbers on Thursdays and Fridays and 3 barbers every other day. We are looking at putting more chairs in during the Xmas break to so watch this space. We appreciate all the support we get from the local community and our Ioyal regular customers. If there is anything you feel we can improve please PM us. We want to make ur experience with us a good one. Thankyou from all of us at GTrax!
