We waited over 2 hours for the delivery, got a 50% discount, pizza's were great, but the way situation was handled was poor. We also got an incomplete delivery!! But after the wait decided to not pursue again. After waiting 1.5hrs they told us the pizza was definitely on the road. 45minutes after that told us that they didn't have our order, then the manager proceeds to tell us that his job isn't easy with all the orders he has. mate learn to handle customer concerns differently, take them as an opportunity to improve, remember you invited customers to use the application to order from you, I didn't beg you make me pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas & a garlic bread, we were told it would take 60 minutes, but in the end it took an hour and 45 minutes. Not happy with the service at all, we didn't get an apology or an explanation to why it took so long. Delivery driver quite rude no response to any of my comments i had apologized for not having a front light and got no response said thank you no response said good bye no response.
