Vinyasa is a modern day physical & philosophical practice that focuses on developing a person’s physical and mental health.  Focused on evolving our bodies, our minds and through this practice we develop a personal philosophy that helps us deal with the ups & downs of life.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, powerful form of yoga which is for everyone. Vinyasa is suitable for:
-beginners and experienced yogis
-young and old
-unfit and fit
-weak and strong
-inflexible and flexible
-uncoordinated and coordinated
-slim and large
-male and female
-believers and critics
-people wanting to improve fitness and strength
-people wanting to relax and improve mental health.

Not suitable for:
-people currently injured- especially neck injuries
