Hi everyone, Ive recently found out that a local hardware has innocently been giving out the wrong phone number for my business. (Simple mistake) But, the owner of the number which was given out has been answering the phone on my behalf, and booking appointments and jobs, obviously without me knowing. As far as i know this has been happening since I started my business, 3 years ago..
