It may have been years since you have had to sit and write lines. It was certainly a 'punishment' I got given often in my childhood. Today I give you a whole new Opportunity - no punishment involved. Take some time for you today and do 100 lines - writing just one statement... "my life is full of unlimited possibilities" Do it and see what comes up for you - once you break through the resistance! My morning journaling is as important to me as my meditation - in fact it's another form of meditation! Can't recommend it enough 🙏 Have fun discovering your possibilities ❤️ Namaste Maria
