Kickboxing for Kids
Fridays 6.00–7.00pm from 5-12 years of age.
Classes are great to give your child discipline and exercise whilst learning life skills!
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
6.00–8.00pm on Mon, Wed & Fri
MMA classes consist of stand up, cardio and ground fighting. Whether for competition or self defense, it is a great way to test your mental and physical strength!
Boxercise
5.30–6.30pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays
Want a great way to lose weight and get fit in a fun, energetic purely cardio class? Let us push you in our Boxercise circuit: one hour of cardio training designed to get you sweating and in shape!
Personal Training
Are group classes not your scene? Personal Training is available by appointment only by Master Kevin Junior. Personal training is available in Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA and cardio/toning/conditioning.
