RunBaby is an outdoor Personal training service with babysitters!! We offer mums and bubs classes, Family fitness classes, small group or 1 on 1 training. At RunBaby we believe in surrounding ourselves with people who will lift us higher, people who see greatness within, people who set our souls on fire. We know that Empowered Women, Empower Women.
We encourage and support women to live happy and healthy lives and our carefully designed programs cater to this. We know that life gets busy, but we also know that by looking after yourself from within, you are able to give the best part of yourself to the world.
Our programs aim to help us both mentally and physically. We believe in building strength and confidence from the inside out <3
