Once registered, print your personal barcode which you can bring along each week to record a finish time. You can use the same barcode at any of the 1000+ parkrun locations worldwide. But remember: "no barcode, no result" - if you forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode, you can still participate but you will NOT record a finish time against your name.

Arrive before 7.50am for a "first-timers" brief and we’ll give you the full “run” down in person.

parkrun is totally free, but we ask that you volunteer at least 2-3 times per year.

Things to Note

- The Beaches is not a stroller-friendly course due to the sand

- The Beaches is not a dog-friendly course due to Council rules
- No bikes or scooters are permitted at any parkrun
- Children are welcomed but absolutely must be accompanied by an adult if aged under 11

There are 2 great reasons to join us at The Beaches this week: 1. It's a fabled low tide, come and bag a Beaches PB! 2. It's the 100th parkrun for our event director, non-wearer of shoes and all round nice guy, Michael Sharpe. ...And just incase you needed another reason, Paris will also be celebrating a milestone! #dfyb #loveparkrun #lovecake
