I have missed a couple of creative challenges so I had better catch up! I have been busy in The she cave! This old bar stool was from the Impy. Too many memories in that establishment to even think about. One could write a book! Anyway this little revamp is staying with me to remember the bar stories from the Impy.

Today's creative challenge number 7. I picked this up at a charity store. It looks like it was someone's unfinished project. It is really well made and I have a thing for projects that don't quite get there so with a little tricky mirror cutting and chalk paint this project is now complete. The words are image transfer. I have a person in mind for this one as a Xmas gift.

Today's creative challenge number 6. Cup and teapot holder created by upcycling some wooden spoons and a timber plate. Definitely one of a kind!

Today's Creative Challenge number 5 was a collaboration with my daughter Zali who maybe getting the upcycle bug having just sold one of her pieces in the shop. so here are the before and after pics. I thought the shape was like a treasure chest so I wrote treasures on the top. A cute and handy little storage shelf. Off to the shop in the morning.

Today's design challenge number 4. This was half done when I picked it up from a charity store but as you can see it needed a little finishing off and some creativity. It is made from natural edge slabs of red gum and is quite heavy. Off to Reuse in Murwillumbah with this one.

Design Challenge number 3! This is a project that I have been wanting to work on for ages. I have a pile of unused crockery and plates so this is what I came out with from the pile.
