RTRFM is an independent radio station in Perth, broadcasting 24 hours a day at 92.1FM, on digital at RTRFM and online at www.rtrfm.com.au. RTRFM is an independent community radio station based in Mt Lawley, Perth.

On April 1, 1977, we began broadcasting from the University of Western Australia as 6UWA, the state's first FM radio station. A year later we changed our name to 6UVS, and in 1991 we became RTRFM. Join us all this year – on-air, online and around Perth – as we celebrate 40 years of The Sound Alternative.
