Everyone at Soul is invited to come along to the Parish's Reconciliation Night this Thu 15th Dec, 7:30pm - 9pm, at Sacred Heart Church for prayer, reconciliation, scripture, music, and reflective time. Great time for reconciliation before Christmas, after the Year of Mercy, and to prepare for the Parish's year of Caring and Compassion which has just begun.

Hi guys, Cam here. This Fri 2nd Dec, SOUL Sessions is going to ‘PRAISEFEST’... a live music night for youth, minimum age is High School & above, run by Broken Bay Diocese. This will be a really great night including a live band, free party food, dancing, games & prayer. Festival time starts at 6pm & everyone is in for a treat! There will be Giant Jenga and Finalist in The Voice 2016, member of Team Madden and DBB WYD pilgrim and CYBBie, Carmel Rodrigues will be performing from 6pm. Where? The Light of Christ Centre, Hornsby Cathedral Parish. Time? 6pm start – finish 9pm. (We will be travelling either on the Mater Maria Mini-bus or car pooling – be at Mater Maria by 4:30pm - depart Mater Maria at 4:45pm – return to Mater Maria at approx. 9:50pm – 10pm). Cost? FREE! There are limited places on the Mater Maria mini-bus (or car pooling) so could you let me (Cam) know if you're coming? If you're coming and you're under 18, you need your parent/guardian to sign a permission slip, either when you turn up to Mater Maria for the Mini-bus/car pool or by request I (Cam) can email it to you so you can get it signed, scanned, and email it to me by 2pm Fri.

Hey guys, for 100% Soul this week, we are attending the Twilight Talk at the Manly Hub, which is a regular event for young adults (18+ only), in our diocese to share a meal, pray, and be nourished by inspiring speakers. Dinner and drinks provided. Thu 24th Nov, 6:30pm - 9pm at St Mary's Church, 6 Raglan St, Manly. We are invited to bring a non-perishable food item or cash to donate to the Vinnies Christmas Appeal. We need to rsvp numbers so can you let me (Cam) know by tonight (Wed 23rd Nov) if you're going? :)

Yummy dinner at Two Wolves (10 days ago) - still thinking about the schnitzel......happy times

Is God our true master?, or do other things take the place of God in our lives? How can we encourage and challenge one another this week? SOUL is on this Thu night 15th Sept 7-9pm at Mona. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people".(Eph 6:18) St Paul echoes the words of Jesus in asking us to gather and pray together.
