We work with local farmers from around Australia who have dedicated themselves to developing the best growing and harvesting techniques for olive groves in the world. We source our olive oil from farms who use traditional and organic farming methods combined with natural preperation techniques so that any use of harsh chemicals and preservatives are limited and where possible completely eliminated.
We use high quality, cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil as the base for many of our products and we are continuing to develop a range of hand made, chemical free products that we believe enhance the taste of olive oil, when used in food preparation. Try our 'sprinkle and rub' herb and sea salt mixes on roasts or sprinkled in roast veggies or pasta sauce.
We have also recently added a range of hand made soap using our finest olive oils as the base, adding only essential oils and natural clays, flowers and herbs. We also make a body nourishing body oil for the bath or after shower.
