Name: Ashley Smallwood Title; Bagger Operator Job description; The Bagger Operator is responsible for placing products safely and effectively in appropriate packages, keeping up with product output, maintaining a smooth and timely production line and ensuring the packaging equipment stays in good working condition. Years at Bean Growers; 5 months About: Ashely started with us a mere 5 months ago but has already made an impact. Ashley has taken to the job with enthusiasm and pride and is fast becoming a very accomplished bagger. Ashley is a quiet but cheeky guy, he doesn’t make a lot of noise, besides the occasional joke here and there, and he is more than happy to spend time both at work and socially with his colleagues. He is a reliable and good natured guy who wants to put his best foot forward and do a good job. As with all our team members, Ashely is such an important part of our business and a major asset to our Company. Ashley lives in Kingaroy and has 2 sons and 2 daughters that are his pride and joy. Ashley is a natural sportsman and takes his hand to most sports, his main loves being touch football and golf. Name: Rhonda Harvey Title; Reception & Accounts Payable Job description; Rhonda is the company’s meet and greet, first port of call, she attends the Reception and answers the phone. Accounts payable, organises orders and office supplies. Helps to make sure the office and operations runs smoothly. Years at Bean Growers; 9 years About: Rhonda is the proverbial glue that helps to hold everything together, Rhonda knows and does a bit of everything and is always willing to lend a hand and get the job done. Rhonda is the organiser and keeper of all things office related at Bean Growers and we would be lost without her. During her years with us Rhonda has become such a well-liked and greatly appreciated part of the team and is not only our Admin extraordinaire but also our resident good cheer and merriment spreader. As with all our team members, Rhonda is such an important part of our business and a major asset to our Company. Rhonda lives in Kingaroy with her husband Mark. Rhonda is a very proud mother and grandmother and enjoys spending time with her lovely family every chance she gets. To show our appreciation, Bean Growers awards it's team members each month with a gift card if they have gone that extra mile or done extra duties or something of the sort... this month our Receptionist Extraordinaire Rhonda Harvey was the recipient of a gift voucher for all that she does for us, from ordering uniforms, always making sure there is coffee, sugar and milk for everyone to the lollies she puts out on special occasions and so much more.
