Hi everyone, I know this is a long message but if anyone is planning on booking a colour or perm appointment with me in the future can you all please read this ☺️🌸 I've been trying to put this off for a while now but due to some last minute cancellations lately it is something that I need to do. I understand life is busy and things suddenly come up, but now I will be needing a minimum of 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel your colour/perm appointment. If you don't show up or give me less then 24hours notice you will now need to pay 10% of the cost of what your service would have been. I am sorry I need to do this but I hope you all understand I block off anywhere from 2-4hours for these type of services and when someone doesn't show up or cancel on the day, that is a lot of my time that is wasted and is a large section of my day I could have given to another client. Thanks everyone, and I hope you all understand this is something that has to be done for my little business. I hope you all have a good day ☺️🌸❤️
