Description
E-Leet Physiology is a health and wellness centre that provides Exercise Physiology, Personal Training and Group Exercise services. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists run individual as well as group exercise programs for those who are looking to improve on their health in a small and friendly environment.
We utilise exercise as a form of medicine to help improve the physical well-being of our clients and aim to provide our clients with individualised and closely-supervised exercise programs to help them achieve their goals.
