We believe that pasta should be made the old fashion way which is why we grew up with an appreciation of fine food made by hand with only the best ingredients that was grown in the garden.
While we don't have a garden big enough right now to grow all our own ingredients we still follow the family traditions and love making pasta that our family is proud to serve.
With an added secret ingredient of love taught to us by our Italian Mamma.

Happy New Year all hope you festive season was full of good food, good company and lots of new wonderful memories with those you love. We had a little break and Nicolina even managed a week off in South Australia. That said we are back on board and ready to kick off a newer bugger year. Kitchen antics late last night while making some extra pasta for our lovely Mulgrave, Springvale, Noble Park and Endeavour Hills customers.
Thanks to the North West Multiple Birth Club for choosing our pasta for their recent club fundraiser. Love that we have more families eating our yummy pasta and that little bellies are enjoying preservative and additive free alternatives. We have been asked if we can provide our pasta fresh and not frozen. The official answer is no.... Reason - If we did then we would have to add preservatives which is totally against our message of pasta made the old fashion way with no numbers, preservatives or additives just like Nonna would make. So snap frozen with only the yummiest of real fresh ingredients is how we will stay because we know you WILL taste the difference the old fashion way! That's Nonna by the way...Love ya MUM
