Ta Valletta
Description
Traditional hand made pasta preservative free, no numbers and no additives. Filled with the freshest ingredients we can find so you can enjoy real flavour. A family owned business from the start the traditional maltese recipe has been carefully handed down to each owner because perfection in pasta should be respected.
Now owned by Italian sisters Nicolina and Angelina. Your pasta is carefully crafted in their new home based commercial kitchen in Hillside Victoria.
We believe that pasta should be made the old fashion way which is why we grew up with an appreciation of fine food made by hand with only the best ingredients that was grown in the garden.
While we don't have a garden big enough right now to grow all our own ingredients we still follow the family traditions and love making pasta that our family is proud to serve.
With an added secret ingredient of love taught to us by our Italian Mamma.
We guarantee once you have tried our range of pasta your taste buds will be asking for more.

We have been asked if we can provide our pasta fresh and not frozen. The official answer is no.... Reason - If we did then we would have to add preservatives which is totally against our message of pasta made the old fashion way with no numbers, preservatives or additives just like Nonna would make. So snap frozen with only the yummiest of real fresh ingredients is how we will stay because we know you WILL taste the difference the old fashion way! That's Nonna by the way...Love ya MUM
