**Keep it friendly, keep it fair**
The primary purpose of Westpac’s Facebook Page is to engage with you, our customers, and provide an additional channel for your product and service enquiries. We are open to expressions of opinion, but it's important your contributions add value to the community and promote positivity. So please don't post anything that may be seen as obscene, offensive, derogatory or malicious as we will be forced to remove it. Be open-minded and remember that not everyone will necessarily agree with you.
**Keep it relevant**
Westpac regards all aspects of its relationships with its customers as confidential, and does not specifically comment on issues relating directly to its customers or their relationship with the bank, nor can we comment on any matter that is the subject of legal proceedings or before the Financial Ombudsman. Any commentary or content relating to legal action or issues of similar sensitivity will be removed.
Users are not permitted to post commercial messaging of any kind (including self-promotion or promotion of organisations, propaganda, spam and marketing messaging, as well as content protected by copyright or trademark).

We will never ask you to supply personal information over Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media platform we engage in. Keep in mind that these forums are public and as such, you should only share information you wish the general public to see. **Spread viruses**
Our online communities are built on safety and trust. So please don't post links to third-party sites that may contain viruses or malicious software that could break that trust.
