Description
On Track provides specialised exercise prescription for injuries and illnesses, as well as athletic development for athletes. On Track Heath Professionals provides physical activity and lifestyle programs and services for the prevention and management of chronic disease, injury and disability.
Staffed by accredited Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience in exercise therapy and rehabilitation who work closely with medical practitioners and other allied health professionals to ensure maximal health outcomes.
Our services include one-on-one and group sessions with the aim of self management and long term behaviour change.
