Happy first day of Winter! I hope you have managed to keep out the winter chill! I am currently in Crete exploring Old Town in Chania where it's lovely and warm. One of the shops I went into was selling Shambalah healing tools. Has anyone experienced a healing with these instruments? It's quite fascinating! The man behind their creation is Buddha Maitreya.
