We took our 3 children and their partners and our 11 grandkids (19 all up) to stay for 5 nights and only wished we could have stayed longer. We had beautiful weather and the kids almost lived in the pool. Tennis, billiards, and just chilling out was just so enjoyable and the Frog & Toad area was a treat. Your own private resort! If you want to stay in your very own private resort, then this is the place to go. The mansion, pool, tennis court and grounds mean that you don't need to go anywhere else if you don't want to! Not only is everything you could possibly want on-site but the owners themselves are a delight. Karen and Geoff are a lovely couple who go out of their way to help you. They were warm and welcoming and always on hand if you needed to ask or attend to anything. I, alongwith our entire family, would highly recommend 'Alawara'. We would love to return one day. Thank you Karen and Geoff for making it such a special holiday.
Excellent Property Fabulous property to cater for a family of 22. The property is immaculate inside and the grounds are maintained beautifully. The facilities are well maintained and the hosts very friendly and accommodating. It was a bonus to have all those extra bathrooms so sharing was at a minimal. Will be back.
