Kate Najar is a qualified Massage Therapist providing a mixture of massage techniques including Relaxation, Swedish, Remedial, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, Infant, Hot Stone, AromaTouch and Reflexology. This combined with her passion for doTERRA's powerful essential oils and Reiki Level 2 create a powerful healing energy.
Using pure therapeutic grade doTerra essential oils has become a daily routine in Kate's life since experimenting with medicinal blends and applied on herself, friends and family, receiving amazing results! The oils enter the blood stream within seconds when applied topically or ingested and they assist with repairing cells to help heal injuries, bodily functions, sickness and immunity. Kates Massage techniques have developed through studying Cert IV in Massage Therapy and she is currently completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage. Since operating from August 2013 at Red Bluff, Gnaraloo, Margaret River, Kalbarri and Geraldton, Kate has built up many experiences and at times has been able to work alongside other quality Massage Therapists teaching her a thing or two. Most customers have given outstanding feedback, some have said Kate 'healed' their short and long term injuries and many say it is the best massage they've ever had.
Now Kate resides in Geraldton and provides a mobile service to your door. Prices are reasonable and are as follows:
1/2 hour - back, neck, shoulder massage - $35
1hr - full body massage - $60
1 & 1/2 hrs - full body massage and full reiki healing - $75

Do you know the difference between a Remedial Massage & Relaxation Massage? Remedial massage employs a whole variety of techniques (often including deep tissue, stretching, trigger point therapy, stretching and myofascial release) to seek to remedy a specific problem or range of problems. A Relaxation massage consists of flowing strokes, kneading and gentle manipulations of the muscles performed at your chosen pressure to relax and rejuvenate the whole body and mind.
