Opaque privacy screens installed in Ardross just before Christmas. The brick wall formed the balustrade and the screens were designed to provide privacy between balcony's. Additional balustrade works still to be carried out on this site.

A Photogrammetry measure we were doing today, we took about 50 photos of the stairs and the codes, the software works out all the positioning to less than 1mm. The next stage is to draw the glass panels in CAD. The glass can then be cut on a CNC water-jet directly from the drawings without a single physical measurement being taken.

The handrail is finally done on this curved job. It challenged us but kudos to Adam who does our stainless steel welding, he delivered today.

The curved glass is fitted and the handrail goes in tomorrow (26/10/16) We had to get the glass manufactured in Sydney and then road freighted +/-7000 kms to Perth. Some sleepless nights but it is progressing well and the end result should be spectacular.

We installed nearly 300 meters of glass balustrade on this project. This is a picture of the front of the building showing a very small section of our glass balustrade. A mix between semi-frameless and frameless glass.

We have just completed the balustrade on one of two new apartments that we are doing. We pinned the job, carried out a laser scan, designed the glass panels and then had the glass cut to suit on a water jet. High-tec but the results speak for themselves.
