Spotted! Our former President and current President with LIV Councillor Sam Pandya :D Sam is a western suburbs lawyer, a member of the WSLA, and is also on the LIV Council and perfectly described himself at the AGM as our "conduit" to the LIV! If you see him at the dinners please do not hesitate to speak to him if you have anything you would like to query or bring to his attention. Thanks Sam!!

Thankyou to everyone who attended the AGM last week!!! We are pleased to confirm that the WSLA will be incorporating! We are now in the process of organising this and will keep you posted on our progress. If you would like a copy of the Minutes of the Meeting please contact us. We would like to give special thanks to our former President, Tania Mykyta, and our former Treasurer, Tina Basilone, for their wonderful contribution to the WSLA. We are more than grateful for the time they gave to this association! Just a couple more thankyous to our two guest speakers as well! We heard from Hugo de Kock on Unfair Contract Terms under the Australian Consumer Law. We also heard from Monika Paszkiewicz an update on recent cases regarding the overarching obligations under the Civil Procedure Act.
