From the late Grace Mitchell's legacy the family property has become Eltham South Fine Art: Studios and Gallery. Jenni Mitchell and Mervyn Hannan have opened the property as a gallery and teaching studio and invite visitors to wander through the orchard garden with the old fruit trees, vegetable beds and hens.
