Specializing in the acute, chronic, and reoccuring injury rehabilitation and pain management. As well as achieving your health and fitness goals. Steve Kientzle aims to enhance human performance for well-being through rehabilitation. He has a 5 year degree in Exercise and Movement Science with an understudy in Kinesiology. He is also a certified Health Specialist by the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) standards.
Exercise Physiology specialises in the delivery of exercise for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. Through one on one personalised training sessions, you can expect an improvement in your strength, balance, and flexibility to help you create an overall better quality of life.
I now currently offer in studio appointments as well as at home visits for your convenience.
