Looking for a local (or someone willing to travel to Drysdale) NP300 to fit a dpf back 3" exhaust on to do some r&d on. **Vehicle must have factory dpf still fitted** I will require the vehicle for around 4 hours and no other modification or changes will be done. Exhaust is reduced for this one to $375 and is straight through w/o muffler, fitting is free. All up a saving of over $200. Can fit dpf delete pipe after exhaust if you require (won't get limp mode or MIL issues). Also have egr delete harnesses in stock.

Following up on my NP300 catch can install. This vehicle has 7500km on it and whilst it does get driven fairly hard I don't flog it but this is showing that these engines obviously suffer from quite a lot of misting in the breather tube which ultimately ends up in the intake pipe, intercooler and inlet manifold reducing effectiveness and efficiency. First pic is after the 85km trip to work this morning, second pic is back home tonight.

It's tight but it fits 👍. HPD catch can fitted on an NP300 tonight 👌💪. Currently there is no 'kit' available from HPD, and as far as I'm aware this is the first one fitted to this vehicle. I have also fabricated a different bracket to suit no pre fuel filter. HPD will be receiving all the required info later this week but as to the timeframe they will undertake making a kit available is up to them. In the meantime I can supply this complete setup as a bolt in kit with everything required, even a spare fuel filter is included.

So this was cleared in customs last Wednesday, I got 2 boxes on a truck yesterday and the remaining 5 in a van just arrived now....good work StarTrack (aka Aus Post) you flogs 😠. Now to get it unpacked, built, boxed and ready to get picked up or out on freight so I can get paid and pay my very very patient supplier bill 😐.

We're so happy that DSMA has officially launched these so I can finally post them here. The suspense of keeping this under wraps has been killing me 😁. We have lowers with uppers to suit 2" lift on the way and will have uppers to suit 3" & 4" in the next couple of weeks. Pricing is as per the DSMA post. Aus wide freight is available at cost.

Last weeks project just left for site. Used 980K from WA, just over 2 years old with 5983hrs. Aside from the Pilbara sand and ore dust stains overall it was a pretty tidy unit just requiring some rear gaurds, a roof cover, a few hoses and a 2000hr service. We also removed the teeth and adaptors and fitted a cutting edge 👍. Hopefully it is a good buy at 1/3rd the cost of a new machine. Concidentally this customer has recently taken delivery of a brand new 980K at another site which has failed a torque convertor at under 500hrs 😣.
